5.1. The delivery terms for this Agreement shall be on a BASIS T.T.T GHANA INTERNATIONAL WATERS

 

1. Buyer and seller signs SPA.

2. Buyer gives seller Q88 and CPA, ATL, NOR/ATB FORMAT.

3. Seller's loaded vessel sends NOR to buyer's vessel (BV) to include readiness to discharge 2 million barrels, proposing STS location of vessel, Buyer vessel acknowledge NOR

4. Both vessels meet alongside and tie up, buyer inspectors can cross over to the pregnant vessel and and do calibration if they get to the STS location first. To first take a sample, check the API, sulfur content, Density, and viscosity.

5. Upon positive Q&Q analysis, the manifolds for the vessels will be connected together, buyer vessel captain confirm hoses are connected.

6. Upon confirmation of the manifold connection from the vessel Captain, the buyer pays one million USD for logistics into seller account.

7. Seller instruct vessel captain to discharge cargo into the Buyer vessel.

8. Upon loading completion, shipping documents are issued for loaded vessels at the buyer's cost.

9. Seller issues a final invoice for payment for cargo less one million dollars, vessel untie, and sail to POD.

Price:$14 gross,net $10,$4 commision to be shared equally btw seller and buyer agent/facilitators.

We only Do Transshipment. (You bring your Mother Vessel to collect from Seller)
